Booking Conditions

By filling out and submitting the booking form, we will assume that you have read and agree to the following conditions.

#1 Bookings can be secured, by payment in full on the date of contract, if you're paying by cash or personal cheque. If paying by credit card, a $50.00 deposit will confirm your booking and the balance will be charged to your Visa or Master Card on file, one month prior to the event date.

#2 Any cancellation, more than one month before the event date. You will receive a refund (less $50.00).

#3 Any cancellation, made less than one month before the event date. No refund will be issued. 

#4 We reserve the right to cancel a dove release in bad weather. e.g. Thunder, Lightening, Tornado Advisories, Heavy Rain, High Winds, Fog, Snow or Blizzards, A refund (less $50.00) will be issued.

#5 We cannot guarantee exactly what the doves will do after they are released. The birds will always fly up into the air, after their release, but they may disappear very quickly or they may circle around a few times before flying away.

#6 If you decide to release the doves by hand versus a basket release. You will not hold us responsible for any damage occured by the doves to your (clothing) apparel, caused by a accidental bowel movement. Or any cost to you, for any inconvenience occured, during your ceremony by the accident. We have never had this occur, but normal body functions can happen.

#7 Release of the doves will be cancelled without a refund if there is an event delay and dusk or night approaches, as the birds do not fly at night. We arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled release time, and allow 30 minutes for delay, after your booked release time. If you go beyond this grace period, you will be charged an overtime rate of $50.00 per 1/2 hour, or any portion there of. This overtime fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If your release is late, it makes us late for the next release following yours. And that ruins someone else's planned release time. So that's why it is very important to us, that you don't go beyond the 30 minute grace period.

#8 From time to time, we may have a photographer present to photograph our release for advertising purposes. You agree by signing this booking form, to allow us to use any photos taken by us, in our advertising. In exchange for this permission, we will provide you with one copy of any photo that you ask for. We will hold exclusive copyrights to the photos.
